I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. I need a website that can collect data as far as name address phone number email and basic information about a loan. I want to have a few advertising plugins so I can cover the costs associated with the hosting etc. I’m looking to generate leads I can contact or pass along. and some type of record system so I can see what’s going on. A built in CMS should do the trick I need a state by state map or some type of a drop-down that lists all the states and on the backend it separates it I need website just for the mortgage industry. I need either a map of the United States that is clickable or a drop-down menu that has each state. At that point I need to collect information like name address phone number email address. I need to know if this is a new purchase or refinance. I want to give other companies the opportunity to be listed as one of the primary recommendations by our site. They have an expiration date and will automatically fall off unless renewed I want to generate a list of people in each state that I can sell the information to if I can’t handle it. I wanted to mainly be a referral type of the page.
