Write some Software using angular

looking for someone to build a basic platform similar to my.outbrain.com. (only for reference )

Ideally using angular and firebase, but can be node backend.

I need the user to make an account, login/out

create a campaign,

Add a list of URL(s) or add RSS Feed,

All content from url's or rss feed need to be scraped and added as content items.(can use YQL)

apply campaign settings, (please see reference link)

and go to checkout. (please see reference link)(paypal api)

this needs to be very basic as will be proof of concept.
