I'd like someone to build a D3.JS web page and integrate it into an existing Wordpress site.
I have already commissioned a designer to design the webpage and he has given me relevant PNG files, sketch files and svg files. I'd now like someone to take these existing files and turn it into an interactive webpage. I have an existing website build with Wordpress and would like this webpage integrated with that existing webpage.
A rough version of the existing version is given here.

The new version will have similar functionality, but will include additional functionality.
1. There will be different versions for desktop, tablet and mobile.
2. The site will need to detect the type viewpane used and deliver the correct version.
3. The site will need to detect the country of origin of the user and deliver the UK site if the user is from the UK, otherwise deliver the US site.
4. The site will need to pull in date from an SQL database and use that to build the relevant graphics using D3.JS.
