When adding Credit Card to Facebook Ads, I get Error.

Paying to help fix or prevent Facebook ads issue.

For past week I have been making facebook ad accounts with vouchers.

Its all great. I can make my own vcc and normally it just worked fine.

Now I can't create any account, I got the following error on accounts:

Ad Manager Error

Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your ads have been stopped. For more information, please contact us.

Things I do before to create accounts:

- Clear de cookies

- Use IE 8

- Use a different IP location (Dynamic IP router)

Anyone has an idea why is it?

I would appreciate idea how to fix this and prevent it from happening and in return I could hook you up with free accounts or pay you
