SEO Expert for new Website - Link/traffic Building, SEM, Ongoing Maintenance

We need an SEO expert to increase our keyword ranking on [login to view URL] and increase the traffic to our website. Need the site to rank on 1st page of google with several keywords. As its a new website, we need all the SEO power we can get. I\'m looking for an experienced SEO to review and improve the on-page and off page optimisation. This will include evaluating and improving upon the title tags, meta descriptions, headers, keyword usage and density, and image optimisation. The bidder will be responsible for the quality assurance of the on-page/off page optimisation of the site and will make suggestions for improvement. Bidders have to provide a plan of actions to achieve it, time needed and approximate budget. White Hat Techniques only!
