call and follow up on real estate probate leads

looking for somebody that speaks very clear English and can make phone calls to probate executors about selling the property they inherited. I would like for this person to have experience in calling probate leads and know how the process works. I will expect them to be able to keep track of who they called and the motivation level. Also, doing weekly or bi-weekly follow up calls for the ones that do not answer or seemed partly motivated. This can become a permanent position if all works out well.
