Must think outside the box to come up with creative ideas how to better promote my business.

Excellent English writing and communications skills.
Excellent communication skills – between employee and myself. I should not have to contact the employee 3-4 times to with the same request.
Not proper communication will result in dissolving business relationship and disputing milestones.
