Female Marketing Assistant Required

Hi,
I am the owner of Smart Cybernetics Inc. a Canada based Software House. I require a female Marketing Assistant to work for me from her home. This will be a full time job 9 am to 5 pm EST (Canada Time), Monday - Friday. Following are the details of the job.
1. Must be able to work from home.
2. Must have own good quality Computer and high speed Internet connection.
3. Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be a plus.
4. Must have excellent Public Relations skills, should have a pleasant voice & personality and should have the ability to convince people.
5. Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Programming will be a plus.
6. Must have excellent skills of communicating via Phone, Email and IM.
7. Should have a positive attitude towards work.
8. Since this is a full time job which may also require overtime sometimes, you must not be doing any other part or full time job.
9. $300 to $500 Canadian Dollars will be paid per month.
