Full time Instagram Manager / Content Creation/ Video/ Posting/ Messaging

Looking for a full time instagram manager for the following account. [login to view URL] (do not call or email me please unless I ask you) We are the #1 permanent makeup salon in all of South Florida. As we have gotten very busy, it is very hard for me to keep my account active. Skills and needs for account- -Create content for my feed (video and photo) using my existing and new photos and video -set up 3 post per day (photo and video mix) -set up 2 video stories per day with swipe up actions encouraging the audience to book for my service. -Message/DM/ comment/ on women that live in Miami inviting them to follow our page to create interest in buying our service. -Use proper hashtags for most engagement. -As you work, create a file of screen shots of beautiful girls that live in Miami who have a large following and really great engagement on their page so that I can reach out to them to be an influencer model for my business. The goal is to gain followers, and create an instagram that far exceeds the ability of our competition. I am not looking for an ordinary candidate. You must be highly skilled. Our business is beauty and in a very competitive city, if our content does not meet a high standard then there is no need to spend the money.
