Analyse different digital marketing channels used by boutique hotels in London to sell their offerings: rooms, restaurants,spa, gym etc. I am interested in smaller hotels in less known areas of London. For example, BOSCO hotel in Surbiton, Antoinette Hotel in Wimbledon. I will like to have a mix of secondary research (e.g., google search, scanning of social media sites, sites like [login to view URL]) and also detailed discussions with 3 to 4 hotels.
This is NOT a SEO project or a DIGITAL marketing project. This is a RESEARCH project. I will need you to take a hotel like say Bosco Hotell in Surbiton London and understand based on their digital presence (website, social media, email campaigns etc.) and see how they are using these channels. We need this research for 4 or 5 such hotels in any parts of London.
