Sell a established website with For Me

Hello,

I need someone to sell a website for my client.

The site is ready to use, built on Wordpress and Fuelphp with custom scripts, bootstrap theme and over 2,300 posts to news, information and pictures.

The domain is included, and is a few years old. The site in its current form has been running for about two or three years. Hosted with cpanel, gets about 300-400 uniques organically without social media or seo amazingly.

The client is looking to sell fast, and will consider all offers.

He is a coder too, so the transfer will be quick and painless, with support included.

I too write code and market, so I will be interested in working with the potential winner long term or in the future on an seo white label campaign.

What would you broker fee be if sold?
