Telemarket for me

I am looking for someone to be the first point of contact for all of my incoming leads as well as help with lead follow up. You will get to talk with a lot of people and will need to be fluent in English. This is a real estate company looking to purchase property and you will take new incoming calls and follow up with leads to determine their motivation to sell their house. You must be able to look information up in excel while simultaneously being conversational with the lead, as well as be able to take notes and ask questions to determine how we can best help the lead with their problem. I use Excel and Podio extensively, proficiency in both is a plus, but am willing and able to train people with excellent English language skills and full of can-do attitudes! There are processes in place to learn, but there will be some freedom to improve them and grow in your role! SKILLS REQUIRED: - Must have experience with handling incoming calls and making outbound cold calls - Must have great English skills, both oral and written - Must have conflict resolution skills and be able to handle people who are disgruntled AVAILABILITY: - Phone calls must be answered or made during US working hours, be able to to consistently make calls in the 9am - 7pm Central Standard Time zone is required. - This is a long term project with income and personal growth potential! EQUIPMENT: - Contractor must provide working computer (have two computer monitors is a plus), good internet connection, and any other tools, such as headset and a quiet room. - Phone call software will be provided, as well as an Office 365 email account to access company files and CRM systems. COMPENSATION: Contractor will be paid an hourly wage PLUS a bonus of $200 USD when we close a deal with a lead the contractor spoke with. Expecting ~10 hours a week of work to start with the potential to increase to 40 hours/week of work after 3 months. The contractor will be expected to work within in the 4pm - 7pm USA Central Standard Time slot to start.
