I am looking for a custom build server application so we can send PUSH notification to all types of mobile devices (Android, iOS, RIM, Windows phone device, did i leave any out?)
right now were using Google C2DM but since its in lab were affraid we cant always use it, so were looking to develope our own system, we looked at urbanairship but we cant afford it and decided we would rather have one built for us
i will want this system to keep track of sent messages and if undelivered it should retry it until we get a confirmation that the message has been delivered to the mobile device.
