Build Live Server just live Staging

Only I hope is that build new Server with new IP address.
I have full backend and frontend source, and the Database of Live server.
And the Live server had died with other reason, so I hope to move all the staging's to new Live server.
Also I have a DB with old Live Server, but it is some different structure.
