Build a very basic web app

I am looking for a very basic web application (let's say student list) in Spring MVC. It will include CRUD, search/filtering, and user authentication properly. Your web application must make use of some sort of persistent store (a database, if you will).It should include examples of all CRUD operations on this store.

Apart from this, what the site does is entirely up to you, and will depend on the type of site you are developing. You need to write up to one page of description to the application scenario you have used. The code must not be copy pasted. The budget is $20 ($10 for code + $5 for installation on my laptop). Note that after finishing you must install Spring MVC to my laptop via team viewer and run the app. If everything is good then I will send $5 more as bonus.. Let me know
