Simple Script to Create Blank Files

I need a very simple script created that takes as input a single text file with a list of file names, and, for each file name listed, on execution, a blank file is created. The application should have two folders within the deployment folder: 1. INPUT; and 2. OUTPUT Within the INPUT folder, is a SINGLE text file that lists file names as shown below: 20180507_100258_LCTR.DAT.001 20180507_100221_LCTR.DAT.001 20180506_180207_LCTR.DAT.001 Following execution, in the above example, three blank text files would be present in the OUTPUT folder that have the same names, as indicated above.
