Simple Website form using Javascript/Jquery and localstorage

2 files- .html and .js file for the logic and can be pure javascript and/or jquery
.html will be the display page for interaction and show results but should link to .js script file to control logic with storing data in an array and interacting with localstorage (not session storage). The html file should essentially be a table with showing various fields and (add, edit, and delete). Also, have on the bottom ability to show sorting options (see below) which would open a new tab/window displaying data.
Need to store data in an array (of objects) and in localstorage (using json strigify, parse and HTML5)
Ability to add, edit and delete from local storage author, publisher, title, publish date, current time (time stamp), rating.
Author – up to 100 characters
Publisher- up to 150 characters
Title-up to 200 characters
Publish date-the date in numerical storage
Current time-time stamp once an add or edit has been accomplished-numerical storage so that sorting can be accomplished.
Rating-1 to 10 numerical storage so that sorting can be accomplished
Also ability to have local storage delete row (splice) once the time stamp is older than 1 week or more than 100 entries are stored (deleting the oldest one) or if the total storage is getting close to 3 MB (also deleting the oldest one).
Ability to sort out the top 10 ratings currently in localstorage and display entire entry.
Ability to sort out the 10 most recent current postings (using current time).
Needs to work in both firefox and chrome.
