Build front end by using existing Bootstrap Template

We are looking for someone that is able to take an existing Bootstrap template and create up to 50 new page templates with it. We will tell you the exact layout and elements to use.
You must be exceptional in Javascript, Angularjs, CSS less and the rest used in this template we are going to use to create a new front end: [login to view URL]
Milestones will be set on no of pages completed to satisfaction. In the end it must be ready to use by back end developers, and extra bloated css, javascript etc must be removed.
Only apply if you have the skill to do this type of work.
Its is without mention that the theme should be perfectly responsive.
