Build a web application to pair student-teachers and mentors.

MEAN Stack - I need developers experienced in Mongo, Express, Angular, and Node.js.
This is a brand new project that we're currently still gathering documentation on. It is nothing too complex.
I am looking for 4 people. Must have experience with Git and Jira. I will provide credentials for the Linux VM and MongoDB for development.
This platform is going to allow student-teachers (in university) to search for current teachers who have volunteered to serve as a coach. The student-teachers will select a mentor, and after an approval, the match is made, and several parties will be notified.
I expect this project to take a team of four engineers, 6-8 weeks to develop.
I will provide Git, Jira, VMs, and documentation, including our proposed data dictionary and software development guide.
