I need a designer to provide me with two website templates (non-flash)
(PSD + CSS + HTML cut) that have a clean and professional look and feel.
Deliverables:
1. SOLAR Website:? homepage template.
2. SOLAR Website:? A landing or article page template.
3. CONSTRUCTION Website: homepage template
4. CONSTRUCTION Website: A landing or article page template.
Both are "brochure" type websites that will have information that intended to educate their audience about their product offerings.? Both require an extremely clean and professional look and feel.
I would really prefer a white background (non-black dark) - but I want to get your ideas as well.
I need this turned around quickly and I am only considering designers that can show me examples of previous work where they have developed themed sites that look professional.

The colors for the "Solar" website theme need to accomodate the logo I am attaching.
