We have a magento 1.7 website / shop with a few products, but want to build a four level MLM system for them
Requirements:
monthly calculation
own store for the salesperson / partner ([login to view URL])
provision based on points allocated to each product, not on price
four levels (own turnover, level 1-3)
up to 10 different provision percentages according to the monthly turnover in points
2 bonus pots, one based on high "own turnover", one with manual setting

This is the desired workflow: salesperson joins our program and they get a copy (store) of our website with the same products. If the main domain is [login to view URL] the salespersons website would be john.freelancer.net.
They will have their own dashboard tracking their sales and allowing them to process the communications with customers. Our main site would have access to all of their sales data and our corporate team will help process the order. The salesperson will gain revenue as a percentage of the sale and this should be automatically calculated and viewable by the salesperson and our corporate team. The salesperson can bring other sales people in under them with their own sites from which the salesperson #1 will receive smaller commissions from salesperson #2's sales. For example: salesperson #1 makes 5% commissions on their sales. Salesperson #1 brings in Salesperson # 2 and #2 gets her website as mary.freelancer.net. Salesperson #2 also earns 5% on her own sales, but salesperson #1 will earn 1% of salesperson # 2's sales. This down to salesperson # 3.
All commission percentages should be adjustable by the main site admin panel. The admin panel and salespersons dashboard should also have a means of communicating directly for site announcements etc.
All commission should be calculated monthly, so the percentages applied on this comission is based on the final turnover of the month, each months end the salesperson gats a provision statment for this months showing all sales and earnings.
