Prototyping and Mass Production

We have the final designs for a product and we need prototyping and mass production.
Our target is to spend 5 USD per unit and produce 1000 units. If we are happy with the cooperation we will have a long last relationship.
The product needs to be made from hard anodized aluminum. Pictures of the product are attached so please take a look prior to making your offer. The dimensions are about 5cm diameter and 5cm height.
