Fetch eMail from POP or IMAP server using VBA in Microsoft Access Database without Outlook

I need a module written in VBA which will fetch email from a mailbox on a POP3 or IMAP server and will delete that message after the successful completion of that operation. The module must run in a Microsoft Access 2010 database, not EXCEL! It has to be done directly from a mailbox without Outlook being involved in the operation
