Budget required for the development of the next 2 applications.
We need two applications for Android 2.1 or higher:
1. The first is an android service that every 5 minutes sends the geolocation data (coords) and a unique identifier (Phone # or serial # or # IMEI or whatever, but is unique for each phone) to a web server (POST method). The service should start when you turn the phone or manually .
2. The second is an app to be able to read a QR Code using ZXing libraries and post code data, geolocation data over the same http server.
