build iOS app for iPhones and iPad

I want to make an app that allows users to editing existing photos (or from camera). The user will have hundreds of pre-loaded stickers to choose from that they can add onto their image. They should be able to change the color, size, and angle of the stickers. The users should be able to add custom text, and also change the color, size, font, and angle of the text. (there should be at least 40 font options) The user should be able to add pre-loaded filters (at least 10 filter options) to the photo as well. Some of these items will be available for free, while others will be paid upgrades. App will have banner and interstitial pop-up ads through Admob. User should be able save an HD version to their gallery, and to share on Facebook, instagram, twitter, email, and text message. The free version will likely have a watermark on the bottom right corner that can be removed with an IAP. I would prefer for developer to be able to do design and stickers as well. Developer will be responsible for uploading to iTunes connect. If you have specific photo editing apps that you have done, PLEASE include the link in your reply as well. This is highly preferred.
