Build a simple Andriod and iOS app

his is a pretty simple app.
It is called Sounds of The Internet - Vol. 1. I have uploaded a photo to give you an idea of what I want. Please note this is just a rough design photo. Please make it look nicer/ more professional than this.
The app is just one screen with a heading at the top with the apps name and a big button in the middle. Each time it is pressed a new short sound plays, 10 sounds on the playlist in total. Press the big button in the middle, the first sound on the playlist plays. Press it again, the next sound plays. Press it again, the third sound plays etc. Once it gets to the end of the sounds, press the button again and it begins from sound 1 again. Pretty simple!
Please animate the button so when it is pressed it looks like it gets pushed down.
I also want a smaller LOCK SOUND button just below the main big button. This will lock whatever sound was just played and now every time the main button is pressed it will repeat that single sound. If you press the LOCK SOUND button again it unlocks the sound and then when you press the button and the next sound on the playlist resumes.
Please make sure that the button is red when on LOCK mode and green when on unlock mode.
I don't mind if you change the graphics/colours from what I have put in my rough design, I just want it looking decent and professional. Please leave the company name somewhere "The Monocle Breakers".
I require both Android and IPhone version of app
