Online UE4 Augmented Reality Application

Hello, I want to build online Unreal Engine 4 application with Google ARCore, and provide guidance and training on how to build similar application (e.g. videos tutorials). The application details and features will be shared in Excel document. General requirements: 1- Application must be built with Unreal Engine 4 Blueprint with the Google ARCore plugin. 2- Must be built for Android and IOS. 3- Developer must share all the project files for the UE4 engine, shipped applications, etc. 4- Application size must not be larger than 60 MB when published on Google Play store or Apple store. 5- All the know-how knowledge must be delivered in detailed step by step instructions (written or recorded) to build similar simple application and cover all the shared features correctly. 6- The application will be simple as a prototype just to cover the shared features in the document as a starting point for me to learn the basics and continue from.
