unity3d optimised scripts for texture editting

I am looking for scripts in unity which would edit the texture on unity app in runtime and that too very optimised, i am not looking for pixelwise looping. edit options 1. slice in parts 2,3,4,5,6 2. Brightness 3. Contrast 4. Rotate 5. Colour correction (if possible) It should be done on the standard shader.
