Write an iPhone application

i want a appstore Look like application with this features : * written in swift * optimized for ipad, iphone 6 and 6 plus * app must reads its data from a mysql data base * i dont need to suggest apps like appstore suggestion * i need project files but i guaranty the next step will be paid for developer * i dont want to submit the app in appstore ( i have apple enterprise program account and i want to use this app in-house) for * my appstore language is Farsi and Farsi(like arabic) is Right to left * application must see the app bundles that are already installed in for a little description i need a little appstore that present my in-house apps in my company. the app that you create give data from database and shows apps in data base , every app has its own info page (contains the name size ios compatibility description ) and in info page has the install button that give a install link(item-service://) from the server i already have an app that is web view and i left some pictures of my current inside this page but i need a appstore look like native app (in swift)
