Cellular Virtual Port Forwarding Setup

I am using a Cellular Digi WR11 and also have a Cellular Huawei B310 and need support on making sure the internal computer connected to the Ethernet port of this device can route IP traffic to the proper application running on PC.
I have decided to use a Digi WR11 wireless cellular router and need help building a VPN connection between the WR11 and the Linux server we have running on AWS. Need someone that are experience in AWS setting VPN on linux using SSH and able to setup the VPN client on the Digi WR11 model.
