Node.js microservice that works with C# encrypted file (CryptoStream)

We have a file that was encrypted using c# and CryptoStream ([login to view URL]) on the user computer. Also, the file is being compressed using gzip (GZipStream).
We need a microservice that will decrypt this file and extract information.
