Hi,
We need multi-tenant SAAS form builder using angular and mondodb database using asp.net core APIs.
The database architecture should be like below.
We will have multiple organisations.
Under one organisation, we will have multiple providers. Under one provider we will have multiple centres.
The form can be built for centre or provider or organisation. I should be able to design multiple forms and should be able to collect unlimited responses.
Each form should have all the responses stored. I should be able to export the form data in PDF in the same format as the form is designed. Also, I should be able to export them all in excel format.
in the form, I should be able to use the placeholders to bring the names dynamic from our application. We have the APIs available.
