QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Univ degree or equivalent in economics, social science, management or other science related to assignment Fluency in both written and spoken English Knowledge of Turkish is an asset GENERAL PROF EXPERIENCE Experience in international projects related to integrated water management General experience demonstrating an understanding of transposition, implementation and/or enforcement of the EU Envi acquis, particular WFD SPECIFIC PROF EXPERIENCE At least 10 yrs of demonstrable experience and proven track record in technical, scientific and socio-economic fields required for the implementation of FWD and other related directives AT least 5 yrs of experience specialist in economic analysis of water use; in cost effectiveness analysis Experience in working in the beneficiary country or/ and EU new member or accession states
