Is the on-line charging solution at Telefonica OBs in Spain, LATAM and Europe which was acquired by Ericsson at the end of 2010 from Telefonica R&D.; Altamira was initially in charge of prepaid voice rating and during last years it is becoming the convergent charging in Telefonica OBs including data and postpaid traffic. As service delivery line manager, you would report to Altamira Global Operations Head. This is a customer facing role, where you would be exposed and support Telefónica Venezuela in any matter related to Altamira Level 1 support (Front Office / Back Office) and parametrization services. As part of this role, you will lead Altamira Level 1 & parametrization functions securing right governance and execution. You would also work in close co-operation with project managers for planned and on-going projects to ensure correct hand over of the project deliveries towards local support organization. Position Qualifications: •Solid knowledge of BSS domain, and particularly charging systems area. •Strong personal track record of leading organizations in complex technological environments and leading multidisciplinary teams. •Strong knowledge of Service Delivery Processes. •Very strong track record in people leadership and coaching •Experienced in competence management and knowledge management •Strong cultural awareness and excellent language skills to enable communication throughout the organization •Experience on transforming and adapting organizations to new ways of working and delivery models. •Excellent grip on working with SLA driven operational models •Capability to supervise and manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously with multiple work-streams and complex customer requirements •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills •Ability to drive change and boost motivation while reaching operational goals •Fluent in Spanish and English-
