Looking for an event photographer to take conference photos over a 4 day conference up to a total of 50 hours of photography work. We also need support in creating two slide shows of past and present photography for display before and after plenary sessions. The photographer should upload all photos to a digital format which will allow us to share all photos on conference website. If chosen, financial support for travel and attendance at the conference would be provided separately, so the bid should only include the cost of the photography services.
