First things first. I have a very small budget so please keeps your bid low if you want the project. If the initial phase of the project is successful then this may turn into a big project. I looking to create a simple news ticker similar to [login to view URL] that I can give away to sites for free. I would greatly prefer if I can customize the page where the news is displayed after a user clicks on the link in the ticker. There may be legal issues with this that you must research and resolve. There are many different news xml feeds out there that you can use and we will discuss this. I would like to be able to have advertisements as well or allow paying sites to use it without advertisements. I am looking to get started with a very simple ticker. If it works out then we can continue to develop it as we go.
