250101 Web Template Design full time

Hello everyone, My name is Brandon Holcomb. I am looking for the best web designer for my new website: http://www.wholesaleclothingauction.com. This particular website will be marketed to owners of independent clothing stores all ac crossed America. I already have in place the live help software, forum software and auction software all of which is coded in php. with the exception of the live help software that is programmed in asp and java. Here is what I need I need to have a web 2.0 style template created for the main page. That will incorporate a slight ebay feel. My website works like this buyers and sellers can register for free. Sellers can list for free the only time they are charged a fee is if the item sells. I would like to have a featured items section on the front page and spaces for affiliate programs with, fedex, usps, and ups as well as uline.com. Google adsense would be nice to but only as links maybe at the bottom part of the page. I would also like the ability for categories to be displayed on the left hand side. categories are as followed: Wholesale, Large & Small Lots Boys Girls Infants Men's Accessories Men's Clothing Men's Shoes Uniforms Vintage Women's Accessories, Handbags Women's Clothing Women's Shoes Mixed Lots Other I would like my live help software to be integrated in to the front page as well. As it will be a added feature for sales reps. Here is my proposal. I am looking for the 5 best designs that can be presented and your qualifications to match. I am looking for someone that is skilled in asp, css, html, java and most importantly php. We would like to employ the winner as a full time web programmer that specializes in developing layouts and maintaining. You will be able to earn 5% of total revenue generated each month from the website for as long as you continue to work with us. We are very easy going and are always willing to accept new ideas. You will be treated as a partner. as such a partner agreement will have to be signed and a 1099 will have to be filled out. As our company grows there will be benefits to be added as well as a weekly draw. Are average sale on this site from sellers will be over 100.00 and we charge $10.00 per 100.00 That is the only fee besides advertising slots. We have a banner program as well that you could earn a 15% commission off of any sales and an affiliate program that is currently being developed.
