Wordpress, PHP, CSS, JQuery, Ajax Expert (repost)

I'm looking for an individual (not team or company) to convert my website into wordpress. 1. He should be expert in PHP, CSS, MySQL, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax and of course wordpress plugins 2. Good eye in a design point of view. Don't require design skill; but to make the website better look and feel he should be good in space utilization. 3. Should have good debugging skill to fix existing bugs. 4. He has to implement small enhancements as well for which he should be able to understand the concept of the website clearly. 5. He should come up with solutions rather questions. Should able to give suggestions to make website better. 6.
