Existing MS Access Application must port data daily to a read-only web site. Typical WEB applications will display individual records from the access application, allow for drilling down on that data and provide for reporting functionality. Platforms: Local application stores data in a MS Access Database, WEB database on separate Unix platform running a mySql database that has been integrated with a PostNuke portal that will control all access logic. Integration: Data will be “pulled?? over to a mySql database from the MS Access database using scripts that will run periodically on the Unix based server. High Level Logic Flow: User will log into Post Nuke Portal and be presented with a general menu. Additional function utilizing the portal CMS function will be added in a future version. The menu will provide for selection of an individual client and will provide for retrieval based o n various search criteria such as date ranges, specific empirical data in the database, etc. The general data model provides for multiple organizations to use the platform, so a mapping of login name and access to tables will be needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
