Video On demand with Flash Media Server

The idea is pretty simple. I want to have a very nice looking on-demand streaming Flash video script using Flash Media Server. The user interaction pages will be php based with a MySQL backend. The system will handle flv files. It should basically allow my users to chose the video that they want to watch - with a queue. If they connect and they have no videos on the queue, the system should automatically be able to select a video for them based. The system should also include a comment/rating system. To minimize the user handling, we will use the phpBB user system. So the comments/rating is just a matter of creating two tables and filling them as the user enter new info. I should also be able to add categories/subcategories so I can sort the movies.
