Adult Membership Based WordPress Website start up

Re-Post.. Need to better clarify what I'm searching for. I have a client who is in the Adult(NSFW 18+) Industry, and is wanting a Membership website. (Pay $/month for access). We picked out Magic Members plugin for WordPress, which will handle the membership stuff(Unless you have a better recommendation). Now this is where I wanted to hire a professional to help me set this up for her in the best way possible, and also be able to replicate this website and make more for future clients doing the same thing, just different content. So I need YOU to build me a template for all of the features I will list below that I need to be able to incorporate onto these websites. I'm assuming you will need to compile a list of plugins I will need to download, instructions on how to put in each feature, etc.. So I pick you for this job, please include in the proposal a small plan of how you would do this job, so I know you are aware of what I need done. Let me explain what features need to be able to appear on the site(I will need to be able to place these features on specific pages of my choice, etc.) - Live streaming(webcam) - Secure payment processing (I have MagicMembrs which does the membership stuff, I still need the best payment processor for this type of industry) - Information on how to accept visa/mastercard would be sufficient. - Visitor Statistics(I've never set up Google Analytics before, a little help/info on this would be great) - Region blocking(Want to be able to block certain cities, states/provinces, countries from viewing sites) - Accepting Offline Tips(Paypal doesn't like Adult content, so some way to have customers send my clients offline tips would be needed) - Secure On-Demand video(Streaming from website securely, preventing members from downloading the videos, sharing them to others for free. - Selling Videos/Pictures/Digital Content(Want to be able to have customer click videos, purchase them, and they can securely download them with restrictions such as: download available for x days after purchase. - Text updates(Would like my client to be able to update a status message that displays on the site from their cell phone...maybe social media rss feed?) - Mobile friendly/SEO(Needs to be very optimal for SEO and mobile devices) - Live chat(Would like some sort of Live chat option, and a way to customer to Private message my client. Aside from those features I want to be able to go on the website, I would also take consideration into the actual Theme that I'm using to build the website with.. right now I bought the Developer pack through elegant themes..
