Wordpress Plugin creation: interactive leaderboard/ranking, user database, avatar choice, WPML compatible

My last programmer has disappeared so I need to get this completed asap because we have an art event coming up soon and users need to start signing up. I am looking for someone to make a wordpress plugin (or user plugins already made but link them together) that can: 1. When users sign up, I want the user to be choose an age group (5-7, 8-10, 11-14, 14-18) and add their birthday. I do not want them to choose their username, instead it will take their last name as their username (if there is someone with the same name, then a number will be added- ie. Smith1, Smith2..). (my last programmer may have finished this but I am not sure) 2. I also want to run competitions that are online and offline. So the user signs up for a competition and this is displayed on their profile page (current and past competitions participated in). 3. On the profile page, I want only the username, age group, zodiac picture, what events they have participated in and if they won- then that will be displayed. 4. On the profile page, I have premade avatars that the user can choose from. These will be the ONLY avatars available so please take out the gravatar avatar that wordpress provides replacing it with the choice of the avatars I have. 5. User database: this needs to look attractive (not just a list of photos and information). Database allows people to see users based on zodiac group, age group, location and a place to search for users. Database will show the username, avatar, age group, location, overall ranking (please see #6 leaderboard- for more information on this) and then links to the user's profile page. 6. Leaderboard: this also needs to look attractive. Leaderboard will show events then when clicked it will show the winners and participants. It will also need to keep track of each persons win per event, then give an overall leaderboard that has a ranking for the most wins. So if a person is overall ranked #10 out of 200 users, I want this to show on its own leaderboard this ranking will change after each event). I will need a backend way of awarding places for the winners of each event (on their profile page or the events plugin?). 7. Very important: this website is bilingual (english and japanese) using WPML and so I need to be able to add the translation of everything. The original programmer wrote the signup part but it is only in English- so I will need this to be in Japanese as well. I already have WPML installed and the flags are up but only the pages/posts are able to be seen in different languages. So again, this needs to be WPML compatible! I need this is ASAP (1-4 days)- so priority will be given to someone who can complete it quickly and efficiently.
