aquarium survival calculator

this is done for fish (aquarium) hobby. certain fish is not "compatible" with each other. there is a compatibility matrix, showing who can leave with who. matrix has 3 values

0 (red) - can not leave

1 (yellow) - can, but with caution

2 (green) - ok to co-exist

as an output i would like to see a small system that i can

* load a matrix and pictures of all fishes + descriptions

(this option should be password-protected)

* update this matrics and pix in the future w\o need to re-compile the source

* user can see pictures (thumbnails) (+ text descriptions) and each picture should have a check box.

* those thumbnails are clickable and "full-size" picture should appear on a click

* so, user checks boxes of fishes he want to put into the aquarium

* system checks compatibility and grays out incompatible choises (literaly - thumbnail image should become B&W )

* those that are (yellow) compatible should be marked with a warning flag next to the picture, some explanation appears (ie. what exactly is wrong with this choise)

* i do not want "Calculate" button - so system must chek compatibility on-the-fly.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
