Modify the? my Mortgage program, (attached in a .zip are my two classes? converted to? text files titled "Mortgage" and "MortgageApplication"), to _now run as an applet_.? Allow the user to input the dollar amount of a mortgage and then, optionally, select from a menu of sample mortgage loans: 7 year at 5.35%, 15 year at 5.5 %, and 30 year at 5.75%.? This can be doen using three buttons that will auto-fill their respective fields, or by using a drop down menu to select these options.? Use one or more arrays for the different loan options.? Display the mortgage payment amount.? Then, using a scrolling text field, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Show the total amount the user will pay over the life of the loan.? Allow the program to run until the user browses to a new web page.? Insert comments in the program to document the program.
