Web site updates - navigation bar edit

We had a previous web designer that built 20 or so client websites and has since left our company. Our new team member has basic knowledge of html and is learning more web design then originally planned but a need for someone to help with a current client site that needs edits to the nav bar is here. The nav bar was all 1 image so removing has made lots of spacing issues on the site etc - something outside of our abilities. We will have regular work for professional, seasoned free lance web designer who is familiar with both html, java, PHP etc. We expect this first update to be a 1-3 hour project. The client site is [login to view URL] and simply removing the "Risk management" option in the nav bar and adding the space around it to fit well and look normal has been a challenge for our level of ability.
