Convert (PostNuke) Module to Joomla 1.5 Component

I have postnuke website version 0.7.5.0. with large Community Users,Forums,Article, Gallery in 3 languages(English,Germn,Persian) I would like it to be converted to Joomla 1.5.2 Component using Joomla standard development practices.

Thies are to Convert

* All the Users must migrate to joomla.

* PNphpBB2 forum must work properly and all forum posts must be migrated to Joomla

- All articles

- Gallery

- Selecting the languages

Payment will be fully made when the module is fully functional on my Joomla site.

There are several other improvements that i would like to do but we will make them as add on's later and we will agree on how much it would cost like the following:

- Improve the users functions

- improve the admin functions.

...etc
