expert needed quickly

I have a script, and i need an expert to do the following things to it: 1: adding amazon api and ebay api and integrating them into a custom made shopping cart( visit [login to view URL] and look throught their amazon directory of live products) 2: give the users of my site the option to add the products from amazon or ebay to their shopping cart 3: give the users the option to add items from amazon or ebay to their wish list 4: make a wish list for the users of the site, were they can add items from amazon and ebay to this list 5: add the option in the script to send an email to the user every time the user does something, so for example when a user sends a support ticket he will be sent a auto email from my site confirming this, when the user requests an item from ebay or amazon they are sent a confirmation email etc.... 6: the option for the user to track their order the script is a survey/incentive/offers script were users sign up to the site and complet surveys and for every survey they complete they get points/money which they can use to buy free items, and in this case they will be able to buy free items directly from my website from amazon and only buy it now items on ebay. you must be an expert in php/scripts/ what ever is needed for this job, and should be prepared to do anything i tell you to my previous freelancer took my milestones and sent me in return fake and incoded files, his username is [ Sharing contact information of other members is against freelancer terms of service} so just for this i will not be using milestones at all, and will not send any money untill i have these files on my server. my budget is exteremly limted to £619 and time limit of 3 to 4 days the freelancer should be an expert and can do anything i tell you to do, so when bidding always place a higher bid to cover yourself.
