PHP Home Based Data Entery, Ads Posting Jobs etc Script

Dear Developer,

I want to make a site that can Get Projects from Different Peoples who want to give online work like Data Entery, Ads Posting, etc.

Features Required:

Users (Home Based Worker ) Cant Self Register (Franchiser or Admin can register Them)

There will be 3 or 4 categories and Suppose Category A will allow only Jobs Under 100$, Category B can work upto $150 etc..

I will charge users to get higher income category.

There will be a managed System to manage Projects (Done, Waiting, Under work, Cancel) and Payment system.

Job Poster must have balance to continue his or her project for development.
