STL (stereolithography) Rendering --> JPG --> Web Page

I need to handle uploaded STL files, process (render) and display as jpg images on a web page (Linux and Windows servers [ISAPI/NSAPI]). I have located "c" code from an OpenSTL project that runs as a standalone program and works well. I am looking for someone who would be interested in quoting for such with PHP interfacing (Delphi / JavaScript would be an advantage). Additionally I need to know the cubic measure as well (maybe two calls to ISAPI, one for Cubic Measure and one for rendered jpg).
