Get paid to work on an open source project! I'm looking for a developer to use the IAXClient library to create an IAX2 soft phone ([login to view URL]) (or create your own library) for the Nokia N800. If you do not have a Nokia N800, please don't worry, we can work together to make this. I'm not familiar with linux programming but I am technically adept and can follow instructions for testing. It seems that most can be tested on any linux machine first and foremost and then ported to the N800. The soft phone needs to run on the [login to view URL] platform (Debian Linux based). Relevant links regarding "Maemo": [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The UI should be simple and easy to use. Also should be supported is a way to pass phone numbers in (via command line?) to dial out. Calls must be clear both ways. I understand that there might be a DSP chip? which can be used to off load processing from the main processor. Please utilize if this is true. I'll accept any bids, keep in mind this is going into a GPL project, and isn't going to be resold, so I'm just trying to sponsor it to get the work done. You can leverage any open source projects that you want. IF you think you can do this using SIP instead, please post details for consideration.

## Platform
[login to view URL] Platform on the Nokia N800 (N770 support optional) I can give remote ssh and x11 forwarding access to the device if that will help? Or if you have your own that would obviously be ideal.
